My name is Scott Grant and i have learnt various practices and techniques over the past few years. I have used these techniques to help and inspire myself and other people i have worked with to face and overcome their various issues and problems. Helping myself and others to start to move beyond the constraints placed upon us by our experiences in our childhood years.
